Two self-catering cottages are available at Ruxton Farm: The Mill sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (one with bunkbeds) – a seventeenth century converted cider mill & granary with exposed beams and stonework.
Upside-down living accommodation, the first floor is open plan, with views across the Wye Valley. No pets. The Byre sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is a converted seventeenth-century sandstone and timber stable and granary. No pets. Located in a 14 acre farm, Ruxton Farm is situated on the largest loop of the River Wye between the cathedral city of Hereford and the market town of Ross-on-Wye.
The area is rural and peaceful but is extremely beautiful and there are numerous walks from here. You could also choose to canoe to us from Hereford and then onto Ross-on-Wye over two days. There is an excellent pub in Hoarwithy and less than three miles away are The Loughpool and Cottage of Content, both offering locally sourced fabulous fare.
