The weather smiled on Ross-on-Wye’s annual Christmas market, as locals and visitors packed the town. Amid the stalls, Beefy Boys burgers, a carol-singing choir, guest singers, and festive atmosphere prowled, not Santa (who was safe in his grotto), but a friendly Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Santa’s reindeers stayed well away from Broad Street as the Yuletide dinosaur roamed through the crowd. After a busy time shopping and stocking up with gifts for Christmas, a glass of spiced mulled wine proved revitalising.
