The Ross-on-Wye Riviera

Beach lovers would not normally head for Rope Walk by the river if they wanted sun and sand. They’d be heading to the coast and facing bank holiday traffic. But this September 2024 bank holiday, Ross-on-Wye brought the seaside to town. Kids played in the sand while parents relaxed on deck chairs. And, a few yards away, kids could test their archery skills, hoping for a bull’s eye.
