Luxury self-catering accommodation for 2 people in a peaceful setting. Granton House is a C18th renovated Coach House in Goodrich, near to Ross on Wye in Herefordshire, Wye Valley. Old beams and log burner in contemporary style. All the accommodation is on the first floor, reached via stone steps. There is a super king-size double bedroom (zip & link beds) with a luxury ensuite shower room with fitted furniture and a heated towel rail. The spacious open plan living area, with a kitchen and dining area has a very comfortable leather settee and a single chair in front of a cosy wood-burner.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has an electric oven with grill & hob, microwave, integrated fridge with small freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The separate small utility room is accessed from the veranda and is ideal to hang coats and dry walking boots etc. It has a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. There is a flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD, and a stereo/CD player.
WiFi access is available if guests bring their laptops, tablet etc. Fuel together with a starter pack of logs for the wood-burner is included in the rent. Further logs and kindling are supplied at a small extra cost. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rent. There is central heating throughout. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. The veranda is a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birdsong.
The woodland garden has a patio with table and chairs and a BBQ and guests have sole use of the front garden which catches the afternoon sun, making the most of this Luxury Self Catering Accommodation. Off road parking is available for 1 car.
