A locally run family business located just a 2 minute walk away from the River Wye and Ross-on-Wye town centre. With its courtyard outdoor seating area, ideal for sunny days and sunsets, this popular local pub enjoys a stunning view of the surrounding Wye Valley and beyond – blankets and patio heaters are available for those chillier evenings.

During the winter months, you can sit in the cosy bar next to the wood burner. Generous portions of home-cooked food making use of local produce including the local specials’ menu varying from fresh seafood dishes to sharing platters. Giant tempura battered fish & chips are available to eat in or take away.

A smaller children’s menu is also available along with the ever popular ‘Mr Whippy’ style ice cream machine. The wide-ranging drinks selection has something for everyone, including award-winning real ales, local ciders, gins, teas and coffees. Muddy boots and four-legged friends are welcome outside and in our bar area.
