The Wain House, originally a horse drawn cart house, has been beautifully converted to a four star self-catering holiday retreat, overlooking our fishing lakes. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (+1 on sofa bed, if needed). This single storey stone barn conversion is set on a 200 acre working family farm has a light and airy open plan living area. It is warm and comfortable with under-floor heating throughout and a wood-burner in the living room.

Being single storey and having flat tiled floor throughout it is suitable for young families, elderly visitors and guests with reduced mobility and has gained level M2 Mobility rating from the Tourist Board. It also has H1 and V1 so is suitable for those with reduced hearing and sight. Camping: Our camping and caravan site overlooks the lakes and is less than a minutes’ walk from the water bank. It is a peaceful site, set in beautiful Herefordshire countryside.

Our toilet and shower block is modern, heated throughout the year and has disabled facilities. Children and dogs are welcomed but access to the lakes is limited to fishermen in the day.
